IPT IN PORT
IN PLANT TRAINING (IPT):
I have attended many practical classes in my core subject but this In plant training is something different from that practical classes i had attended in college days.I have done my IPT in Chennai Port for 5 days and i am going to share my whole experience in this article with the readers.I have attended this program because of my senior guidance and i thank him,his name was SRIDHAR. I will give you full experience from the day 20th to 29th June 2017.I have totally 5 days IPT in Chennai Port.
This Training was fully given by government so there is no amount charged by the government for this training.We have to bring some basic forms & norms we have to submit to attend this training.I am going to mention the documents you need to carry to Chennai port.

- BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE
- College ID
BONAFIDE Certificate:
This certificate was issued in our department.You can call your class rep/leader and ask him?he know how to get this certificate.Moreover it will take few days to get this certificate.So you just get this certificate before 1 week to go for this training.
COLLEGE ID:
You must take it and go because your college id will help you at the last to get your certificate.
GETTING PERMISSION:
This training is completely working under government principles,so you need to submit some documents to the government.There is certain procedure to attend this training.
In chennai port office whoever going to attend this training have to meet this program head.He will give the total information about this procedure process.He will give some application to you you have to submit that form to Chennai Collector office,this office is near by the port you can use public transport to go collector office.
After submitting this form the Manager of this program will give you the date to attend this training.You can ask him for your perferable dates.
Chennai port
The candidates going to this internship have to do some procedure because this it is fully government based.so you need to go to collector office near by and get permission as well has you have get entry pass for these 5 days,without pass you can't go inside the port.you have to go for 5 workshop in this 5 days of your internship.
Basically in Chennai port this training program was held for particular departments only those departments are
Mechanical Engineering(M.E)
Electrical and electronics engineering(E.E.E.)
Electronics and communication Engineering(E.C.E)
Computer science Engineering(C.S.E)
Those who are interested students in this departments just go and improve your knowledge in chennai port.They are well talented staff and working persons in port they can educate you,and get enough knowledge from them.once you go to the port office means the will assist you to get all the needed documents and other details needed for this IPT.
The procedure to this training is very simple and low cost.I have paid totally a 100 rupees for this full training students need to provide for their accommodation.
